Strategic HRD Today we discussed:

  • policy template - template complete...thanks to KC!
  • content of the policy

Work was then divided up between the 5 of us. I'm doing the ENVIRONMENTAL section. This consists of:

  • Hearing and sound
  • light
  • air
  • vibration

So far I have 2 text books on it, thanks to Linda. Need to start reading it. I'm still not sure how the other girls want this particular section structured. Need to clarify with the other girls.

Cognitive overload....need to 'file'!!! Badly!!!

Anyways, overall as a group the whole learning contract is going on fine. Well that's what I think. There hasn't been any dramas yet. Maybe because it's still in the beginning...

http://www.thiagi.com/training2003handout.pdf Fantasy Roleplaying Games require participants to enact individual or team roles, often within a science-fiction or fantasy scenario. These roleplay activities focus on skills and concepts related to such topics as leadership, teamwork, and planning. Debriefing after the roleplay draws parallels between the fictional fantasy and workplace reality.
